They came out with 15min of me calling and were so kind and helpful. Don't think I'll use any other plumbing company except Beacon.

Dan was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and explained that I had a thermo HVAC which I had no clue. Since I have only lived in this home less than four months. I learned stuff I had no clue of.

Josh was awesome. Really took the time to explain things (old house with lots of idiosyncracies), good quality work and was professional and personable.

Brady Larson of Beacon Plumbing came to my house on a Sunday two months ago to repair a backed up garbage disposal in our kitchen. He did fine work and explained the problem with potato skins in the disposal. Fast forward to last night, my wife discovered a leak beneath the kitchen sink, so I called Brady and we made an appointment for 8 AM today. On time, he repaired the leak under the sink by tightening a connector for some white drain pipes.

I think they are a pretty good company, but they left me hanging in the end. They completely misdiagnosed the issue we had. The problem was always with my well not the plumbing in the pump house and they didn’t figure that out until I had spent many thousands of dollars paying them to redo the pump-house plumbing, etc..

Ken A and Evan were life savers, not only did they work extra hard to remove my lid on my septic, which of been stuck forever, but once opened, they cleaned it unbelievably well they just went the extra mile.

Jonathan did an amazing (and very efficient) job ripping out and replacing our very old and broken down sink and faucet. It was not an easy job, and he did it perfectly! I absolutely love our new sink and faucet! Before and after photos below.

I had a project on my commercial building with Beacon. I would highly recommend them, they showed up on time finished the job and cleaned up after themselves! My technician was super friendly and worked around my schedule.

We woke up to a busted water heater leaking all over our garage Thanksgiving morning. They saved the day and showed up right away and had us fixed and out the door in an hour, and for less than I was expecting. They've saved us twice now and I have been very satisfied each time, working with us to find the best and cheapest option.

Our AC quit at an awful time (not that it's ever a good time) but John and Evan came out the same day and were able to fix the problem quickly. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We'll definitely be calling Beacon for any plumbing, heating or AC needs in the future!

Excellent customer service the guys were great they were on time they were professional they did an excellent job I will recommend them to anyone that may need a plumber in the future thank you thank you so much to Ken and Brady you were wonderful thanks for fixing my problems will call you with any more happy Halloween
